I was delighted to learn back in March this year that the abstract I submitted to the 22nd International Congress on Palliative Care had been selected for presentation. This annual conference focuses on all aspects of palliative care, from the clinical side to the psycho-social side.

Baxter's Loch Ness Marathon and Perthshire Highland Marathon Festivals, the Great Scottish Run in Glasgow, the Scottish Half and 10k in Edinburgh and some new events like 'HamilTEN' are just some of the running events that have taken place all across Scotland in the last month.

Charity football match in memory of a friend - Andrew McDougall
A charity football match held in East Kilbride has raised £1,685.09 for CHAS in memory of Andrew McDougall who passed away at Robin House.
