The CHAS 2018/19 challenge events calendar is up and running! From the sandy beaches of Loch Lomond to the sand dunes of the Sahara – there’s a CHAS challenge for everyone.
We are proud to announce that an independent report by Children in Scotland has recognised that we are improving delivery of, and access to, palliative care through our work in hospitals and communities. They also recommend that our approach should be extended across Scotland.
To mark Trustees Week 2017, we speak to one of our Trustees, Peta Hay, MD of Saxton Bampfylde’s Scottish Office, to find out why she got involved with CHAS.
The CHAS transition team has been working with young people between 18-37 years old to support them with their transition from CHAS to age appropriate services. Since 2004, when this work began, we have met many inspirational people along the way, who are getting the most out of life and working hard to achieve their goals despite their disability.
Christmas is coming and we know you love to show your support at this time of year by sending your CHAS Christmas cards to your friends and family. We have a range of different places you can stock up on our range of 10 lovely designed cards as chosen by our fabulous volunteers.
