You can make a difference

When it comes to raising money, there are so many different ways that you can get involved. Take part in a challenge, hold a bake sale, try something new - whatever you would like to do, just get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.

Event Fundraising

There are plenty of challenge events that take place annually all over Scotland. Take a look at our events to see if there’s a perfect challenge waiting for you!

Planning an event

Whatever it is that you’re planning to do, there are a few practical things that you’ll need to think about – like first aid and health and safety.

Don’t worry though, help is at hand. Just give us a call on 0141 779 6180 and we will lead you through the whole process.

And, if you’re after some fundraising materials – like balloons, buckets, banners and posters – then we’ve got that covered too. Just get in touch and we’ll help you to make it happen, call us on 0141 779 6180 or email support@chas.org.uk.

How to send us your money

Once you’ve achieved your goal and collected in all your money, you can pay it online via our online donation form...

Remember to let us know how you raised your money and the best address for us to send a thank you letter to.

If you’d prefer to send us a cheque, please just make it payable to ‘CHAS’ and post it to our Glasgow office.

You can also pay over the phone by simply calling 0141 779 6180.

Fundraising in memory of a loved one

If you’d like to raise money for CHAS in honour of someone special, we’ll give you all the support you need.

You can get involved in one of our organised events. We have plenty of challenges to choose from.

Or, you might prefer to do your own fundraising. If so, then we can give you everything you need to get started. Just get in touch and we’ll help you to make it happen.

We can help you set up a tribute fund in memory of a loved one too.

And, if you’re arranging a funeral collection we can also help by giving you a CHAS collecting box.

What’s more, for any money you do raise, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to donate.

Leaving a gift in your will

The delight on a child’s face the first time they play in the sensory room. The day out where mum and dad feel like mum and dad again. The relief when the nurse arrives at the front door, ready to help.

It’s these moments that legacy gifts help to make happen.

Gifts in wills help families to celebrate the lives of their children while they’re together. And, no matter how short this time is, we’re committed to making sure it’s filled with joy.

Legacy gifts mean so much to us. They pay for the care that we give to one in every four children. That’s a staggering amount. Quite simply, we couldn’t do what we do without these gifts.

We understand that writing a will is a very personal statement of your wishes for the future. Once you have provided for your loved ones, please consider  leaving a gift to CHAS, allowing families to enjoy their children's short lives. By leaving a gift in your will, you’ll touch the lives of those families who need our support and give them a happier future, one filled with comfort and family memories.

For more information on how to leave a gift in your will, take a look at the Remember a Charity website.
