Whether you choose to take on Edinburgh or Glasgow (or maybe both!) for the Men’s 10k, you’re in for a treat as both routes showcase the best of the city in a fantastic event.

If you’re running in Glasgow your race begins at the iconic Riverside Transport Museum, heading East along the River Clyde with scenic views before you continue towards the hustle and bustle of Buchanan Street, Glasgow Green and arriving finally at the finish line in George Square!

In Edinburgh you’ll start on the historic Royal Mile and head into Princes Street Gardens, before continuing through Holyrood Park under the spectacular Arthur’s Seat on your way to the lively Grassmarket. From here you will make your way to the finish line at the BT Murrayfield Stadium!

If this all sounds a bit daunting you can rest easy in the knowledge that you're not alone, as around 40% of participants who take on this 10k have never entered a running event before. So no matter whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer, the Men's 10K is a fantastic and feel good event to take part in - so what are you waiting for?

There are two ways to sign up:

• Own place: Register here with the event organisers for your preferred 10k (Glasgow or Edinburgh) and select CHAS as your chosen charity. Purchase for your own place in the event and set your own fundraising target.
• CHAS place: Fill out the form below with your chosen city to pay your discounted entry fee of £10 and agree to a minimum fundraising agreement of £75 for CHAS. We’ll then confirm your entry to the event!

Your dedicated fundraiser will then be in touch with you to welcome you to the team, and be on hand to provide all the fundraising support and materials you need over the months ahead of the event! We look forward to welcoming to you Team CHAS at the Men’s 10k 2024.
