Bring a Bulb Day at Robin House

Bring a Bulb Day is a special community event that invites you to plant a bulb in our beautiful hospice garden — a symbol of care, compassion, and connection.

It’s also a rare opportunity to visit Robin House in a relaxed, welcoming environment and learn more about the work CHAS does to support children with life-shortening conditions and their families.

On the day, you can enjoy:

• Bulb planting
• Children’s activities and forest art
• Guided tours of our beautiful garden
• Tea, coffee and sweet treats (available for a small donation)
• Live music and friendly faces throughout the day

Well-behaved dogs welcome but must be on a lead.

Whether you’re a school group, local club, community organisation, or business — this is a chance to get involved in something meaningful while enjoying a joyful day outdoors.

The event is taking place at Robin House, 2 Boturich, Balloch, G83 8LX and you can find directions via Google Maps.

Please note there is no access to inside the hospice building during this event.

Parking at the Event

There is limited parking available at Robin House. We kindly ask guests to use the car park at Balloch Castle Country Park, which is located just before the entrance to Robin House.

To help us manage numbers on the day, we’re offering two time slots to attend.

• Morning session: 10am-12pm
• Afternoon session: 1pm - 3pm
