Now in 2025, advances in care and medicine mean that children with life-shortening conditions often live longer with multiple and complex needs.
Our original facilities no longer adequately support the care that children and families require.

Our vision is to create the world’s best children’s hospice, supporting the clinical and emotional needs of children and families.
Redesigning Rachel House will bring a transformation which is about more than improving the building - it’s a commitment to enhancing the dignity, comfort and experience of children and families throughout Scotland.
