  1. Retail Valuer

    Retail valuers are responsible for accepting and valuing donations and identifying fake items, ensuring they are not put up for sale. The aim of the role is to ensure that all stock is correctly priced so as to raise as much money as possible for CHAS. Every pound raised makes a difference to children and young people with a life-shortening condition.

  2. Retail Driver / Vehicle Maintenance

    Driving is a big part of keeping CHAS running smoothly. Our volunteer retail drivers deliver items for sale in the shops, our volunteers ensure our vehicles are safe and cover many thousands of miles every year.

  3. Garden Volunteer/Volunteer Groups

    Are you looking for a new challenge or project, do you enjoy spending time outside in the garden? We are looking for some enthusiastic individuals who can spare some time to volunteer in our garden at Rachel or Robin House hospice, helping to make it a beautiful, relaxing, and fun environment for the children and families we support. For this role we welcome applications from groups as well as individual's.

  4. Rachel House Receptionist

    The reception is the first point of contact for visitors so we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers who will give them a warm welcome.

    The aim of this role is to provide support to the office based teams at Rachel House. Keeping on top of administration is key to ensuring the smooth running of our services at Rachel House and often teams need some additional support.
