Sportive Kinross
Edinburgh, East and FifeThe Sportive Kinross returns for 2026!
Held on Saturday 25 April near Loch Leven, you can join hundreds of cyclists at one of Scotland’s greatest cycling events. We also have free places (normally £38) available for those who want to fundraise for CHAS children and families. We ask that you commit to raising a minimum of £75 in sponsorship.
Sportive Kinross offers three routes to choose from, all types of riders and all levels of fitness:
Blue Route: At 50 miles, the Blue route is a good introduction to Sportives with a significant hill to climb. This being the Glen Eagles climb.
Red Route: The classic 75 mile Red route is challenging but very achievable with a couple of testing climbs and long rolling sections in between
Black Route: 98 miles, 6,000 ft of vertical climb - this is a challenge for any rider
Included with the event are:
- Feeding stations
- Electronic timing
- Online entry
- Alpine style climbs (on the black route)
- Pre and post ride changing, shower and toilet facilities
This is a fantastic event that has been running for 15 years and has raised over £117,000 so far for CHAS!
Take on the challenge to help us keep the joy alive for children with life-shortening conditions and their families in Scotland.
