Aberdeen and North EastWe're looking for brave 'soles' to help CHAS raise funds whilst taking part in a challenge of a lifetime!
Can you handle the heat take on the daring task of "Firewalking" for us?
Gather your courage and challenge yourself while fundraising for children with life shortening conditions.
This Challenge includes an inspirational, FUN, motivational seminar which equips you to walk unharmed across 20 feet of wood embers burning at 1236 degrees Fahrenheit (668.9oC).
Family and friends will be welcome to cheer on our brave firewalkers in this unique event. Are you brave enough? Book early to avoid disappointment!
Please note the minimum age is 14 years old
The Firewalk will take place at the Aberdeen Science Centre on Saturday 28 February 2026. To take part there is a registration fee of £20 and you will need to raise a minimum of £150 in additional sponsorship for CHAS.

Safety Requirements - Please Read Before Signing Up:
To keep everyone safe participants must meet the below equipment requirements:
Participants must be 14 years old and over (under 16s require parental permission).
We recommend setting up an online donation page via JustGiving or a Facebook fundraiser, to make it as easy as possible for people to sponsor you. We can also provide you with paper sponsor forms for any offline donations too!
Your dedicated fundraiser will be there every step of the way. We will be in touch shortly after you register to help you every step of the way, right up until the point you step into the fire!
