Chief Operating Officer Required

We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work with closely with the Chief Executive and wider leadership team to support and enable the extraordinary and brilliant work that CHAS does.

As the COO, you will work with the wider leadership team to plan and deliver exceptional services along will directly line managing finance, property, estate, information technology, information governance and health and safety.

Aligned with CHAS's core vision, values and purpose you will help advise the CEO and Board on strategy, delivery and deployment of their resources to deliver their strategic plan along with overseeing a high performance corporate services function. Strategic leadership and operating delivery oversight across the function will be at the core of this position.

Therefore we are looking for an experienced dynamic leader with a strong track record overseeing the operations of a limited company, public body or large charity who can demonstrate strong influencing skills. Ideally you will have solid experience working in a finance leadership position along with directing complex operations and delivery.

This will suit a highly collaborative individual who is used to working creatively across organisations and you will have a strong set of values to guide the decisions you take and the way you work with others. The four main areas CHAS are interested explore are around your experience, ideas, approach and values.
