Glasgow 10k

Starting at the spectacular setting of the Riverside Transport Museum, you will head along the River Clyde and in the first kilometres you will see the Glasgow Science Centre and the Armadillo.

You will then head up to Finnieston and over the Kingston Bridge where you will see the iconic football grounds of Hampden Park and Ibrox Stadium. Once across the River Clyde, the route swings east and back across the river then onto George Square. At this point you will have the amazing Glasgwegian city centre crowds cheering and spurring you on as you come to the final leg of your journey. But your feet can't fail you then, as the route goes back over the Clyde before reaching Glasgow Green where you will be cheered into the finish!

If this all sounds a bit daunting you can rest easy in the knowledge that you're not alone as around 40% of participants have never entered a running event before. So no matter whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer, the Glasgow Men's 10K is a fantastic and feel good event to take part in so what are you waiting for?

To sign up, please follow the two steps below:

• Step 1: Register with the event organisers www.mens10k.com for your preferred 10K, i.e. Glasgow or Edinburgh, select CHAS as your charity then return here for Step 2!
• Step 2: Pay your discounted entry fee of £10 below and agree to endeavour to fundraise £75 for CHAS.

We will then be in touch with you to welcome you to the team and provide all the fundraising support and materials you need over the months ahead!
