Just because we are in lockdown doesn’t mean you need to stop keeping active! We have been busy developing some indoor-based activities to keep you busy, promote self-care and wellbeing and offer a bit of fun in these unusual times.
From 1 April, we will be sharing an exercise a day on our YouTube channel as part of the CHAS A to Z Exercise Challenge! With each exercise corresponding to a letter in the CHAS alphabet, you will be able to watch a demonstration video featuring a qualified personal trainer every day, going from A and making it all the way to Z, on 26 April. Your wellbeing is so important in this lockdown period and exercise is the perfect way to practice self-care and stay active!
To take part, all you need to do is:
We’d love to see videos or photos of you completing each day’s exercise, so don’t forget to upload these to your social media accounts using the hashtag #AtoZCHAS!
Keep your eyes peeled each day for each new exercise, starting with ‘A’ on 1 April, and we hope to see as many of you taking part as possible!
