Michelle MoneRobin Galloway and Cat Harvey from the Real Radio Breakfast show joined Ultimo creator Michelle Mone OBE, at her head office to kick off this year’s ‘Bring A £ To Work Day’, encouraging people to register for a day of fundraising for CHAS.

Real Radio’s annual ‘Bring A £ To Work Day’ is on Thursday 4 March, when businesses around Scotland are encouraged to bring a pound to work and help raise vital funds for CHAS.

Michelle Mone, said, “The work CHAS does is exceptional and I am delighted to help in any way that I can.  I have three children myself and I can’t imagine how difficult it must be seeing your child so poorly; the CHAS hospices and the home service provide a lifeline for children and their families through difficult times. I am delighted to give the ‘Bring A £ To Work Day’ campaign my full support and I urge everyone to get involved; one pound will help make a real difference, so please help.”

Michelle Mone 2Real Radio Breakfast Presenter, Robin Galloway said, “We’re delighted Michelle is supporting this year’s 'Bring A £ To Work Day’. It’s a day we look forward to every year and everyone involved at Real Radio works very hard to make sure we do everything we can to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic charity.  In a modern world where it appears everybody is trying to raise money for a good cause, it speaks volumes, that whenever CHAS is mentioned, their name and the great work their highly motivated staff do, is instantly recognised.”

Roslyn Neely, CHAS Director of Fundraising and Communications said, “We are so grateful to Michelle Mone for getting this year’s 'Bring  A £ To Work Day' off to a flying start. Her support will help raise awareness of this fantastic fundraiser run by Real Radio and will hopefully encourage other businesses to sign up and get involved on Thursday 4 March. Every pound donated will help CHAS to provide vital hospice services for children and young people throughout Scotland.”
