Support for Families

CHAS offers support to families who meet the criteria for referral. See Our Referral Procedure.

We offer different types of support according to the individual needs of a family. This includes:

Specialist palliative support through respite care and emergency care for the whole family with a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition
Terminal care and bereavement counselling.
Practical support, information and advice. This may also be offered to families in their own homes.
