Rachel House and Robin House
Rachel House, which opened in Kinross in 1996, was Scotland's first children's hospice. Robin House in Balloch followed, opening its doors to families in 2005 and is Scotland's second children's hospice. There are many volunteering opportunities based within the hospices, including the following:-
- Reception and office
- Kitchen
- Housekeeping
- Driving
- Housekeeping
- Gardening
- Complementary therapies
- Bereavement befriending
- Young befriending
