How to recycle with CHAS

How you can help

Donate in person at our shops in Kinross or at your local fundraising office. We need good-quality second hand clothing and accessories, household items, bric a brac, DVDs, CDs, jewellery, toys and books to sell in our shops. We also use ebay and local auctions to maximise your donation’s value to us.

Request a bag from Clothes Aid, our official door-to-door collector. Recycle clothes, shoes and bedding. Donations from the bags are sold through our three CHAS charity shops and overseas.
Donate textiles at one of the Nathan's Wastesavers textile banks that support CHAS (see list below). We receive £100 every year from these banks.
Fill in your details and request an envelope from Redeem Recycling to post back unwanted mobile phones and used printer cartridges.

Items we cannot recycle

Photo by Sean Bell We are sorry that we do not have an outlet for recycling duvets, small upholstered furniture which does not meet the 1988 fire safety regulations and any large items of furniture.

Give with Care
