Bruce House Sponsored 10K

Staff and their families at Bruce House, Angus Council Social Work and Health Department in Arbroath recently took part in a sponsored 10K run and walk to raise funds for CHAS and Cancer Research UK.

The event, held on 22 March 2010, was a great success and raised a fantastic £316 for CHAS and £821 for Cancer Research UK.

Cheques for the totals were presented to both charities by Sandra Scott and Karen O'Donnell, pictured here with some of the fundraising group, in a ceremony at Bruce House.

CHAS would like to say a huge thank you to everybody who took part and all those who gave so generously.
