Robin House Children’s Hospice has been recognised with a prestigious healthyliving award from Consumer Focus Scotland.

For the first time ever in Scotland, children in a number of hospitals and hospices including Rachel House in Kinross, will be able to enjoy the Christmas show experience, when the magic of Christmas comes to them via live broadband technology.
Sponsored by Robert Wiseman Dairies, this year’s Christmas Show at Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline, Jock and the Beanstalk, will be live streamed into a number of children’s wards and Rachel House.

St Rose of Lima Primary Raise Money for CHAS! |

CHAS would like to say a very big thank you to all of the staff, parents and of course pupils at St Rose of Lima Primary School.
They have done a fantastic job raising money for CHAS through various fundraising activities including a charity night on Saturday 5 June 2010. The total amount raised was an amazing £1,620!

Marykirk Raft Race Donates £2,430 to CHAS |

CHAS would like to say a massive thank you to all the organisers and participants of the Marykirk Raft Race who this year raised £2,430 for CHAS.
The annual race, which took place on 16 May, invites competitors to build a floating, non-motorised raft and race along the river North Esk.

Dunfermline Half Marathon Thank You |

Congratulations to Massimo Delia who ran the Dunfermline Half Marathon for CHAS on 13 June 2010.
Massimo, who lives in Aberdeenshire and is pictured here, completed the race in an impressive one hour and 45 minutes. In doing so he has raised a fantastic £1,135 for CHAS.
Thank you very much to Massimo and everyone who has sponsored him to help raise this brilliant total.

Kibble School Run for CHAS |

We would like to pass on our warmest thanks to Daryl Shaw and his fellow pupils of Kibble School in Paisley who took part in a sponsored run around Millport in May 2010.
They raised the fantastic amount of £150 which will go a long way to helping CHAS support the children and their families who use our service.
